 Maps are delivered on a triage basis; those that work first are made first.

Typical turnaround for a location map is 24 - 48 hours, Monday - Friday.

Report Maps: Guaranteed delivery is
“Before 5pm Customer’s Local Time of the day before the day the map works.”

Move Maps: Guaranteed delivery is
“Before 10pm Customer’s Local Time of the day before the day the map works.”

Maps required in less then 24 hours are considered a "rush."
We do not charge rush fees for stage maps or maps that are in the files.

TERMS ARE NET 30. A 1.5% MONTHLY FEE WILL BE APPLIED FOR INVOICES PAST NET 30.
INVOICES PAST DUE 180 DAYS MAY BE FORWARDED TO COLLECTIONS WHERE ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE APPLIED.
